Ekrah Ndungu
Dr.Ekrah Ndungu is the CEO of the German Institute of Professional Studies, based in Nairobi, Kenya. She is also an Educational consultant; corporate trainer; an Advisor, a career coach and Mentor; an Inspirational & motivational speaker in Africa. She is a certified Emotional Intelligence Coach & Women Empowerment coach from Transformational Leadership Academy, USA and is a certified Life Coach, besides being a careers, confidence, and women empowerment Coach. She is also a founder board member of Career guidance Institute, Founder Director of CEO Forum Kenya (an Association of Christian CEOs in Kenya), she’s also the Secretary General of Kenya National Association of private Colleges. In 2021 she became the Kenya Vice-Chairperson of Global business roundtable and recently appointed as Rt Nobel Countess; East Africa commissioner & Chairperson by the world Diplomatic Federation.
She’s an honorary Doctorate in Transformational Leadership, a Bachelor’s Degree in Entrepreneurship; a fluent speaker of the German language, besides English and many other qualifications.
PASSION
Over the years has mentored thousands of youth, her mentees being spread across the world with a majority living in Germany, Austria, Netherlands, Dubai, America, Nigeria, her great country Kenya among other nations. She is deeply passionate about youth empowerment in Africa and has appeared in countless TV and Radio interviews across Africa sharing knowledge on matters concerning youth. She has also spoken in numerous local and global platforms and plenaries, most notable among them being the World Congress, the Global Business Roundtable on the Future of Education in Africa, Global Future Leaders summit ,Africa youth summits in Ghana & Rwanda, Global Women Summit in Lesotho among others. Ekrah also serves as a board member & an advisor in many organisations & as a TVET Expert in her great country Kenya.
HOBBIES
Ekrah is passionate about building confidence in others, helping People where she can, and developing people-skills daily. She is also an avid reader & loves Golfing.
